The main stars are three types of carefully selected Japanese beef offal, octopus, and shrimp.The ingredients are simmered in a special broth that allows the delicious flavors and sweetness of the fat to melt into the meat.

■ Choose your spice level topping

You can add your preferred level of spiciness, from base (0 spice level) to extra spicy (5 spice level).

■ Bokkeumbap (Korean fried rice with seaweed)

The finishing touch to the hot pot.Let the rice absorb all the flavors from the ingredients, and enjoy the fragrant crispy bottom layer as well.
